Dog & Pet Food Manufacturer – Denton, TX
Pay: $23.50 per hour
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

About the Role:
As a Packaging Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations on the packaging floor, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality. You’ll motivate your team, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain high production standards in a fast-paced, pet-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of packaging associates
- Ensure efficient workflow, accurate production counts, and adherence to safety standards
- Train, mentor, and support team members
- Perform quality checks and resolve operational issues
- Communicate effectively with Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments
- Maintain records and report on shift performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous packaging AND supervisory experience (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
