Now Hiring: Packaging Team Lead
Dog & Pet Food Manufacturer – Denton, TX
Pay: $23.50 per hour
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

About the Role:
As a Packaging Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations on the packaging floor, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality. You’ll motivate your team, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain high production standards in a fast-paced, pet-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of packaging associates

  • Ensure efficient workflow, accurate production counts, and adherence to safety standards

  • Train, mentor, and support team members

  • Perform quality checks and resolve operational issues

  • Communicate effectively with Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments

  • Maintain records and report on shift performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous packaging AND supervisory experience (required)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a high-speed manufacturing environment

  • Attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
