Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)
Location: Anaheim Office
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $23.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday)
Assignment Type: Temporary with potential for permanent hire
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSS) to support a busy healthcare-related office in Anaheim. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience in customer service or medical office environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate locations efficiently
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support general administrative and clerical tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer proficiency (data entry, systems, Microsoft Office)
- Experience scheduling appointments required
- Healthcare or medical office experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
