Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17/hour

Shift: 10am-6:30pm. Mandatory overtime for Thursdays, Fridays, some Saturdays.

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Worker? You’ll be:

  • Receiving, unloading, and accurately processing incoming shipments, including product verification and warehousing.

  • Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring the right products are sent every time.

  • Adhering to quality system requirements, including traceability, complaint recognition, and forwarding information to Quality Assurance.

  • Maintaining inventory integrity through cycle counts and physical inventories.

  • Operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and ensuring equipment is in good working condition before use.

  • Participating in team meetings, improvement projects, and mentoring new associates as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Resume submission and in-person interview with the client are mandatory.

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).

  • 0-1 year experience in a distribution center (preferred).

  • Ability to accurately read and interpret multi-digit alphanumeric part and lot numbers.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to use automated scanning and data entry equipment.

  • Basic math skills for inventory and record-keeping.

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Forklift or warehouse machinery experience is a plus.
