Are you the kind of operator who likes to keep things moving and doesn’t want to be tied to just one machine all day? We’re looking for a Utility Operator to join our client’s team! We’re seeking an operator who can step in where needed, learn multiple machines, and keep our operation running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who’s accountable, curious, and enjoys variety in their workday, while understanding that production work sometimes includes repetition too.
Pay & Hours
- Monday-Thursday, 6AM to 3:30PM. This is a full-time position, Monday-Thursday, 36-hour weeks.
- Starting pay: $26.00/hour, with increases as you gain experience.
- Opportunity to grow your skills across multiple machines and processes
What you’ll do
- Operate and assist across three different styles of paper converting machines
- Run equipment that performs:
- Adhesives and laminating
- ID card production
- Large-format photo paper cutting to customer specifications
- Adhesives and laminating
- Move between machines and teams based on daily needs
- Maintain quality standards, follow job specs, and keep equipment running efficiently
- Jump in to support teammates and production goals as needed
What we’re looking for
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 months of related machine operator experience or training
- A self-motivated operator who takes ownership of their work
- Someone who enjoys learning new equipment and building versatile skills
- Comfortable with both variety and occasional monotony
- Mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- Reliable, flexible, and safety-minded
