Kelly®. is seeking Manufacturing Operators in Piedmont, SC
Pay: $24.50 per hour
Schedule: Rotating shifts (7:20am-7:30pm & 7:20pm-7:30am)
Shift Pattern: 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 nights on, 3 days off, 4 days on, then 1 week off
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues while ensuring smooth production operations.
- Monitor product quality, make adjustments as needed, and uphold high standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Utilize knowledge of manufacturing processes to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage materials, packaging, and labeling efficiently.
- Carry out repairs and fiber splicing across the production line.
- Inspect splices and set up fiber paths in accordance with production requirements.
- Operate within a mechanical environment and follow safety procedures.
- Communicate and report to production supervisors or designated leads.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar technical role.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable with rotating shifts and mechanical equipment.
- Experience with material handling and production processes is preferred.
