Job Title: Press Operator – 3rd Shift
Location: Telford, PA
Department: Print/Lamination
About the Role:
The Press Operator supports press operations by preparing changeovers, assisting with press operation, ensuring product quality, and performing preventative maintenance. This role also provides training and support to other team members while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Duties:

  • Oversee and assist with press operation under supervisor guidance

  • Prepare and execute efficient press changeovers

  • Monitor and ensure product quality meets production standards

  • Train and support press assistants on operational procedures

  • Perform preventative maintenance according to protocols

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

  • Follow all safety protocols and report any safety-related issues immediately

  • Maintain accurate records of quality, production, and waste

  • Perform additional tasks to support press operations as assigned

Requirements:

  • Entry-level position; no experience required—training provided

  • Willingness to learn and follow operational and safety procedures

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
