Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing displays organization, is looking for an Inventory Coordinator in Statesville, NC. Lots of growth potential!

This is a contract to hire position, meaning you will work through Kelly for a period of time prior to being hired with our client. Once hired permanently, you will be offered their competitive benefits, vacation, and compensation package!

Details:

  • Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday

  • Pay: $20 – $22 per hour

Job Description:
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring optimal inventory levels within the facility. This role performs routine cycle counts, investigates inventory discrepancies, and supports warehouse operations to facilitate efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with inventory control processes, strong organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances.

  • Accurately track, record, and update inventory movements within the warehouse management system.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with warehouse, receiving, and shipping teams to ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

  • Generate inventory reports and assist with inventory audits as needed.

  • Support process improvements to maximize inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Prior inventory coordination or control experience required.

  • Experience with cycle counting, inventory tracking systems, and resolving discrepancies.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
