Shift Options: 2-2-3 (7 AM to 7 PM) or 2-2-3 (7 PM to 7 AM)

Job Summary:
As an Extrusion Operator, you will set up and operate blown film extrusion equipment, supporting efficient and safe production while maintaining the highest quality standards. Fres-co offers hands-on training and a supportive environment to help you succeed, whether you are new to manufacturing or bring prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate blown film extrusion equipment according to production and quality standards
- Monitor processes and product quality; make adjustments as needed
- Perform in-process quality testing and accurately document results
- Complete job changeovers and prepare equipment for upcoming runs
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all safety, GMP, SQF, and plant policies; report near misses or incidents promptly
- Participate in team meetings, continuous improvement projects, and training activities
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards
- Support training of new team members
- Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred—training provided
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and basic hand tools
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
