Senior Director, National Accounts – Walmart & Mass Retail (Seasonal Consumer Products)
Salary:  $120-160K per year (DOE)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and organized Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies. If you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding enterprise sales goals, we invite you to apply and join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the US Sales business unit, currently overseeing a staff of three.

  • Drive company growth through:

    • Account management and business development

    • Strategic planning

    • Customer relationship management

    • Training and team development

    • Sales forecasting


  • Report to the Senior VP of Sales and work closely with the VP of Creative, Operations Team, and our China Office.

  • Ensure organizational alignment with overall strategy and customer requirements.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Accurately forecast sales and set performance goals.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key client stakeholders, including negotiation and closing of major contracts.

  • Prepare detailed sales reports and analysis for upper management.

Who You Are

  • Strong strategic, commercial, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Management.

  • Proven mass market sales experience, Walmart experience strongly preferred

  • Experience managing both sales and marketing positions—depth and breadth of experience preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping products.

  • Track record of creating product roadmaps, driving product vision, and leading go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of people management experience with direct reports.

  • Experience managing product and design direction for large-scale consumer brands.

  • Knowledge of multiple business areas such as Product Management, Engineering, or Marketing.

  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive strategic goals and evolve product offerings based on data and trends.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $125,000 – $160,000, based on experience and location.

  • Management Bonus Plan: Up to 25% annually (paid ½ in September and ½ in January), based on individual and company performance.
