Press Operator– Warwick, RI
Pay: $25 – $38/hour
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Run the Press. Own the Quality. Lead the Process.
We’re looking for a skilled Press Operator to take control of production on 3rd shift. In this role, you’ll operate and oversee printing press operations, ensuring high-quality output while leading the press crew and keeping production running efficiently.
If you have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and experience in printing (especially Heidelberg), this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate printing presses to produce high-quality multicolor print jobs

  • Monitor press performance, adjusting speed and settings for optimal quality and efficiency

  • Review job orders for specifications including materials, colors, and quantities

  • Lead and communicate daily tasks with press crew, including feeder operators

  • Ensure all job documentation is accurate (OMS entries, load tags, production data)

  • Perform press maintenance including cleaning ink systems, lubrication, and changeovers

  • Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow

  • Prepare press for shift transitions with the goal of continuous operation

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Previous printing press experience preferred (Heidelberg experience a plus)
