Job Title: Follow up Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Repair Coordinator to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This hybrid role is responsible for managing and expediting vehicle repairs, working closely with vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of delays. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in the automotive or transportation industry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Please see the responsibilities and duties below:
- Utilize reporting to determine vehicles that are at repair vendors that need investigation and follow up regarding repair delays.
- Call vendors to obtain latest information on repairs, such as parts delays, engineering issues, etc.
- Discuss reasons for delays, and offer ideas solutions for resolution. Escalate within repair facilities to management as needed.
- Use resources to contact manufacturer reps, dealer support, and other sources to assist with issue resolution.
- Document all information into Intellifleet regarding follow up details
- Escalate issues to Truck Account Administrators, TAA Supervisors, and Management as needed.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Four year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience as determined by department management.
- ASE or other industry certification preferred
- Three to five years of experience in the automotive or transportation industry, with advanced technical knowledge
