Location: Santa Clara, CA – B50
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Shift: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Work Schedule: 8?Hour Days

Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II  to support strategic hiring initiatives focused on early?career talent. This role provides essential operational, logistical, and analytical support across university recruiting, internship programs, and core talent acquisition processes.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast?paced, high?volume environment, demonstrate strong project execution skills, and leverage data and recruiting tools to drive effective hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support early?career and university recruiting by identifying, sourcing, and engaging high?potential candidates for internship and entry?level roles

  • Manage day?to?day recruiting operations, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, and coordination of recruiting tools and workflows

  • Plan and execute campus recruiting events, such as career fairs, information sessions, and on?campus interviews, as well as internal Internship Program events

  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruiting funnel metrics, report progress, and deliver insights that support staffing decisions, with a strong focus on university hiring performance

  • Drive project execution in a matrixed environment, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with hiring timelines

  • Oversee administrative and operational processes, including the early?career talent mailbox, event calendars, budget tracking, and vendor/procurement coordination

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred (1–3 years ideal)

  • Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or university/early?career recruiting strongly preferred

  • Prior Talent Acquisition experience is a strong plus

  • Proven ability to work effectively in high?volume, fast?paced, and ambiguous environments

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and interview scheduling platforms

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Experience recruiting in a technology or hardware?focused organization

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship?building skills

  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple recruiting and sourcing projects simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with proven problem?solving capabilities
