Work Arrangement: On-site preferred (remote may be considered for a strong candidate)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Schedule: 8?hour days
About the Role
Applied Materials is seeking a proactive and highly motivated Talent Recruiter/Sourcer to support its Field Services organization. In this role, you will help identify, attract, and engage early?career and experienced Field Service talent, including Field Service Engineers, Technicians, and related support roles.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Research
- Source passive and active candidates for Field Service roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high?volume and critical Field Service positions
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, engagement, and pre?screening to evaluate interest and basic qualifications
- Research market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability within the semiconductor equipment industry
Collaboration & Support
- Partner closely with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, technical skill sets, geographic needs, and business priorities
- Support interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Support requisitions through offer completion and acceptance
Data & Process Management
- Track sourcing activity and candidate progress in the ATS
- Provide weekly updates on sourcing pipelines, challenges, and insights
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and standards
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, or Human Resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast?paced environment
- Curiosity and willingness to learn technical terminology related to semiconductor equipment and Field Service roles
Preferred (Nice?to?Have)
- Exposure to or interest in the semiconductor, capital equipment, or high?tech manufacturing industries
- Experience with LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, or sourcing tools (through internships, academic projects, or self?learning)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
