Production Associate – Immediate Openings | Steady Hours + Weekly Pay
Location: Rochester, NY (Gates area – limited bus access)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm
Mandatory Overtime: Saturdays or Sundays during peak season
Pay: $17.00/hr | Weekly Pay
Duration: Temporary (April–June) with potential to stay longer based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep production moving by sorting and placing materials in the correct locations
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy
- Check materials for quality and flag any issues right away
- Prepare and organize parts for production and assembly
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Work closely with your team to hit daily production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable individuals who show up and are ready to work
- Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work mandatory Sunday overtime during peak
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation (location is not on a main bus line)
