Location: Cumming, GA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime during peak periods)
Compensation: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour – Pay based on your experience!

What You’ll Do

Fabricate and Assemble: Build custom sports gear by stretching, cutting, and assembling materials to exact specifications.

Be a Pro with Tools: Safely operate industry-standard equipment—think sewing machines, hot knives, grommet machines, and more!

Stay Organized: Pick, return, fold, tie, and prepare custom products for shipment.

Promote Safety: Keep your workspace clean, follow PPE and machine safety, and report any issues right away.

Work Together (and independently!): Collaborate with teammates or knock out tasks on your own, depending on daily needs.
What You Bring
Required:
-
Ability to read/follow basic work orders & instructions
-
Physical ability to lift or pull up to 45 lbs., stand, bend, stretch, etc.

Familiarity with basic measurements and simple math
-
Team player with a strong attention to detail—accuracy matters!

Comfortable working in a warehouse, even when the weather changes
Preferred:

Bilingual English/Spanish skills
-
Basic hand tool knowledge
