Keep Our Facilities at Peak Performance – Join Kelly as a Maintenance Worker / Building Facilities Technician! 

Location: Cumming, GA 
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 
Compensation: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

What You’ll Do 

  • Perform Light Welding: Help with shop fabrication, repairs, and minor welding projects. 

  • Keep It Running: Carry out preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment (cleaning, lubricating, minor repairs). 

  • Maintain & Organize: Tidy and organize warehouse, shop, parking lot, and exterior grounds. 

  • Handle Repairs: Manage minor building fixes—think bulbs, fixtures, general repairs. 

  • Care for Company Vehicles: Clean interior/exterior, check oil, tires, and overall condition every week. 

  • Remove Waste Responsibly: Clean up trash, recyclables, and ensure proper dumpster management. 

  • Support the Team: Assist warehouse and office operations, run errands, and transport materials. 

  • Prioritize Safety: Identify hazards and follow all company safety guidelines. 

 

What You Bring to the Team 

  • At least 2 years of facilities maintenance, general labor, or related experience 

  • Mechanically inclined; skilled with hand and power tools 

  • Light welding experience preferred 

  • Forklift certified or 2+ years of forklift operation 

  • Valid Georgia driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurable under company policy 

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus! 

  • Physically able to lift 45–50 lbs., and work while standing, bending, lifting, and in outdoor conditions 

 

Pre-Employment Requirements 

  • Authorized to work in the USA; E-Verify compliant 

  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening 

  • Background and motor vehicle record checks may be required
