Location: Hillsboro, OR (100% onsite)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Contract Type: W2 through Staffing Supplier

Hours: Mon – Fri 8a-5p

Pay Rate: $30/hr

The Documentation Control Support/Record Technician is a global position that supervises day-to-day document control requirements for scrap processes and other sustaining operations supporting a global program.

This is a temporary 6-month position, and the individual will perform duties and responsibilities such as:
-Resolve documentation gaps, errors or missing evidence for retired tools to ensure documentation readiness for smooth scrap operations.
-Centralized logging, tracking and control of all Project Management documentation (scrap labels, scrap certificates, CODs: – where applicable) and supporting evidence
-Closed-loop compliance for retired tools: Verification of documentation completeness within Intel systems prior to operational and financial closure for retirement activities
-Wiki document control: Maintain and update wiki/process pages, job aids and release notes to guide tool owners, foundry stakeholders on general how-to and guidance for equipment deinstall activities
-Assist global PM with data collection and entry used for process needs

Reduces global scrap execution risk, improves warehouse cleanup efforts and cycle time
Enables consistent global execution of scrap operations with minimal site-to-site variation
Supports compliance and capital avoidance objectives

Success Criteria
Scrap activities are not delayed due to documentation issues
Support readiness for external audits, compliance reviews and record retention requirements
Sites experience reduced rework and clearer documentation of business processes

Minimum education requirement: Associate’s Degree is required (Bachelor’s is preferred)
