Production Operator
Work Schedule: 8-hour rotating shifts, Monday through Friday. Shifts include 11pm–7am, 7am–3pm, and 3pm–11pm. Team members remain on each shift for 4 weeks before rotating to the next.
Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience

Join our team as a Production Operator I and play a vital role in our manufacturing operations. You’ll be working as part of a 3-person team, focusing on the downstream operator role, with opportunities to cross-train in other areas.
Production Operator Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in HSE programs.
- Set up, operate, and inspect extrusion lines, slitter, granulator, and related equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate operational updates and concerns to management.
- Monitor processes and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Perform product transfers, sampling, and quality assurance checks.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Complete assigned auxiliary tasks and mandatory overtime as needed.
- Cross-train within the team and support continuous improvement.
Production Operator Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Resourceful—can quickly learn and transfer new knowledge to others.
- Fork truck and scissor lift operation experience a plus.
- Capable of mandatory overtime and working flexible shifts due to the rotating schedule.
