What’s a typical day as Clerk I? You’ll be:

  • Monitoring and tracking inventory levels in SAP to ensure optimal product availability

  • Communicating inventory findings to the purchasing department and assisting with order placements

  • Liaising with operations and related teams regarding inventory status, order fulfillment, and product needs

  • Generating inventory and purchasing reports, ensuring timely and accurate SAP data entry

  • Assisting in resolving discrepancies between physical inventory and SAP records

  • Supporting purchasing activities, including vendor communication and order processing

  • Participating in SAP training and system optimization initiatives

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have prior SAP experience

  • Bring proven experience in office administration, inventory, or purchasing 

  • Possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Thrive both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment

  • Are available for full-time, office-based work with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods
