Thread Roller – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Wood Dale, IL
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM (+1 hour overtime as needed)
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Thread Roller to join our team in Wood Dale, IL. We value strong work ethic above all else—experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: 22-30 an hour
- Pay is based on experience, skill level, and performance
- We reward attitude, reliability, and growth
Key Responsibilities
- Operate thread rolling machines to produce high-quality components
- Set up and adjust machinery as needed
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or machining experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to safely operate machinery and perform hands-on work
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
