  • $20.33/hour

  • 12 hour rotating night shift (6:30 PM–6:30 AM)

  • Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84123

What’s a typical day as Quality Inspector I? You’ll be:

  • Performing accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per inspection plans and specification requirements

  • Completing PCI activities for NA Notifications at the US Regional Service Center as needed

  • Following all procedural requirements to maintain compliance with Quality System Regulations (including cGMP compliance)

  • Supporting paper document archival processes including preparing pallets for shipment and scanning documents for electronic storage

  • Initiating Non-Conformance reports as required and supporting NC and CAPA activities

  • Working on special projects as they arise

  • Using tools such as microscopes, calipers, and micrometers to complete 10-15 different types of inspections

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Excel in basic computer skills and documentation processes

  • Possess solid written and oral communication skills to collaborate within a team and comprehend detailed work instructions and engineering drawings

  • Bring knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA regulatory standards (preferred)
