Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$25/hour, including health benefits, vision, dental, 401(k), and long-term/short-term disability coverage.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Professional? You’ll be:
• Managing customer inquiries and providing timely updates on shipments, inventory, and logistics, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting using Excel and other tools to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to address customer needs efficiently and effectively.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably within the warehousing and logistics industry.
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, with proficiency in spreadsheet tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
