What’s a typical day as Communications Operations Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Assisting with content coordination, managing editorial calendars, timelines, and approvals for internal communication projects.

  • Providing logistical support for events, town halls, and meetings by scheduling, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups.

  • Managing and updating distribution lists, maintaining accurate records, and organizing campaign performance metrics, project files, and communication templates.

  • Managing digital tools, sending emails and campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and using content management systems, collaboration platforms, and email to support communication strategies.

  • Supporting basic analytics tracking and reporting for communication initiatives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have or are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Bring 0–2 years of experience in communications, operations, or project management (internships count!).

  • Possess strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
