Job details

Kelly Services is seeking a Process Operator / Production Operator for a client in Syracuse, NY.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

This role involves supporting the production process from start to finish, including batching, molding, packaging, and preparing product for shipment. The position will operate out of two nearby locations, so flexibility to work between sites is required.

Responsibilities

  • Batch and compound materials according to specifications

  • Operate molding equipment to produce finished product

  • Package and label products for shipment

  • Prepare orders for distribution

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Follow all quality and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Strong production/manufacturing background

  • Experience with compounding or batching preferred

  • Proven longevity and reliability in previous roles

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently

  • Reliable transportation
