Base Salary Range: $73,875 – $100,000 (based on experience and location)

Position Overview

The Bilingual Account Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of client strategy and growth. This role owns the overall account strategy, strengthens executive-level client relationships, and ensures exceptional service delivery while driving continuous improvement and business impact.


Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Executive Relationship Management

  • Lead and execute client relationship strategies aligned to business goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, C-suite)

  • Serve as the primary escalation point, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Operational Excellence & Program Optimization

  • Partner with clients and delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, KPIs, and change management

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and client satisfaction

Regional Collaboration & Leadership Influence

  • Communicate proactively across leadership teams to highlight risks, opportunities, and trends

  • Influence cross-functional partners (OCG, Delivery, Sales, Finance, Operations) to meet client needs

  • Mentor and support local teams to strengthen client delivery and outcomes

Executive Reporting & Business Reviews

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with internal and client stakeholders

  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights on performance, risks, and opportunities

  • Provide strategic recommendations with confidence and executive presence

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency (required)

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex environments

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization

  • Experience balancing client expectations with operational capacity

  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis

  • Demonstrated experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
