Available Shifts: 

  • A Shift: 7am – 430pm (Monday–Friday) 

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Production Associate / Assembler to join our team in Lima, NY. In this role, you will assemble and inspect products, support production operations, and help ensure our high-quality standards are met.
Responsibilities

  • Assemble products using hand tools and work instructions

  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy

  • Package and label products for shipment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  • Meet daily production goals and deadlines

  • Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Manufacturing or assembly experience a plus (not required)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team

  • Basic mechanical skills preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods

  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

  • Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms

Schedule

  • Full-time

  • Day, evening, or night shifts available

  • Overtime as needed
