Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$19 per hour
2nd Shift: 5:05 PM – 3:35 AM, Monday – Thursday. Overtime on Fridays as required.

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:

  • Assisting with a variety of production tasks, including sweeping, cleaning, sorting, and stacking door components.

  • Supporting Machine Operators throughout the manufacturing process and rotating positions as needed.

  • Checking quality for every order, ensuring high standards are met for all customers.

  • Taking full ownership of your work area and contributing to Total Quality Management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred).

  • Own safety toe shoes for the production floor.

  • Can lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Are able to stand for 10-hour shifts and perform physical tasks such as walking, squatting, turning, twisting, stretching, grabbing, pulling, pushing, and bending.

  • Demonstrate a strong focus on safety and a willingness to learn and be trained.

  • Are reliable and punctual, with an excellent record of attendance.
