Pay & Schedule
- Base Pay: $18.75/hour
- Shift Differential: +$0.50/hour (3rd shift)
- Shift: B Shift – Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
About the Role
As a Machine Operator I – Production Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—ensuring products are packaged efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards before heading to the warehouse. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Package finished products for warehouse distribution with speed and accuracy
- Lift products from conveyors and place them into the appropriate containers
- Operate production equipment including labelers, ink-jet printers, box erectors, and case packers
- Stack finished cases onto pallets and safely use pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including manual cleaning of equipment
- Support and uphold quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards
- Work closely with your team to meet production targets and improve efficiency
- Step in to support other areas as needed

What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2–3 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred
- Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Integrity, perseverance, and a willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing and walking throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Frequent use of hands; occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, or reaching
- Visual ability to monitor product quality and equipment (close, distance, and color vision)
