Kelly Services is hiring CNC Machine Operators (Tooling Department) in Farmington, CT!
Join a precision manufacturing environment focused on producing high-quality tooling components such as punches, dies, and strippers. In this role, you’ll set up and operate CNC machines while supporting tooling production, process development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines for tooling production
- Interpret blueprints, routings, and work instructions
- Create and edit CNC programs including speeds and feeds
- Troubleshoot machining and process-related issues
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Support development of tooling processes and production methods
- Maintain equipment and workspace using 5S and TPM practices
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong experience in turning, milling, grinding, or EDM
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Experience editing CNC programs and adjusting machine settings
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools and quality inspection
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Schedule & Pay
- Monday-Friday | 3:30PM-12:00AM | Full-Time
- $23.00–$30.00/hr DOE + 15% Shift Differential
- Weekly Pay | Long Term Temp
