Pay Rate: $59.50 - $72.00/hour + 4% vacation pay

What’s a typical day as Contract Senior Mineral Land Analyst? You’ll be:
- Leading the land expiry process, managing continuations, and notifying stakeholders including Geologists, Negotiators, and Partners.
- Applying strong knowledge of Saskatchewan Crown regulations and Freehold leases.
- Developing and improving internal processes and procedural documentation.
- Processing both external and internal inquiries efficiently.
- Solving complex problems and providing innovative solutions across land administration challenges.
- Generating complex area land maps and extracting data using systems such as CS Explorer, Execute, GeoScout, StackDX, SAP, ISC, and IRIS.
- Collaborating with Negotiators on Crown posting and sale processes.
- Preparing and submitting legal documents such as caveats, withdrawals, discharges, and transfers to the land titles office, and advising partners and freehold owners.
- Working independently, seeking guidance only on unique or complex issues.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 5–8 years of oil and gas land administration experience.
- Are a graduate of a recognized land program (preferred) or bring an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Are an active member of LEMAC.
- Possess high attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and adjust priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
