Customer Care Specialist (Voice Agent)

Onsite Position
Role Overview
KellyConnect is seeking Customer Care Specialists (Voice Agents) to support JJ Vision. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, place product orders, resolve inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining JJV’s high quality and compliance standards.
This is a fully on?site role supporting customers across the U.S. and Canada.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders from U.S. and Canada via inbound phone calls, entering orders accurately into the order entry system
Actively listen, problem solve, and resolve customer inquiries and issues to satisfaction
Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Customer Financial Services, Customer Relations, and Distribution
Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, and product feedback using appropriate systems and reference materials
Perform data entry tasks and other administrative duties as required
Ensure strict adherence to customer service procedures, departmental standards, and quality expectations
Follow Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and support departmental safety objectives
Education, Training & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Fluent in English AND Spanish or French
3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, within the past 5 years
Medical device or healthcare experience preferred
Strong data entry skills; 10-key by touch (40+ WPM) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong critical listening, problem solving, and customer-focused resolution skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments
High attention to detail and process compliance
Ability to multi-task, plan, organize, and adapt to changing priorities
Dependable, accountable, and committed to delivering high-quality work
Safety Responsibilities
All employees are required to follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Comply with customer safety requirements and training as applicable
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices as required
Report unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents, or damages immediately
Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Actively support and promote workplace safety initiatives
Serve as a safety role model and contribute suggestions for improvement
