Horaire : Mardi au vendredi de 11 h à 19 h, samedi de 9 h à 17 h
Salaire : 25 $ à 27 $/heure

Responsabilités :
Administration

  • Gérer le traitement des demandes et l’administration des baux à l’aide de systèmes en ligne et du logiciel Yardi

  • Maintenir les dossiers des résidents conformément aux règles et politiques de confidentialité

  • Gérer les relations avec les résidents, incluant les plaintes et les situations d’urgence

  • Coordonner les changements aux dossiers des résidents, les dépôts, les entrées et sorties, les sous?locations, les cessions et les avis de résiliation

  • Préparer les trousses d’arrivée, effectuer les inspections et gérer l’attribution des stationnements et des casiers

  • Émettre les rappels de loyer et assurer le suivi des paiements

  • Offrir un soutien administratif général et maintenir un bureau organisé

Location et service à la clientèle

  • Répondre aux visites sans rendez?vous, aux appels et aux demandes; planifier et effectuer les visites des logements

  • Promouvoir la propriété et qualifier les locataires potentiels

  • Gérer l’inventaire des logements et s’assurer que les unités sont prêtes à être montrées

  • Accueillir les nouveaux résidents et assurer leur orientation

  • Signaler tout problème ou anomalie dans l’immeuble ou sur la propriété

  • Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle aux résidents et aux équipes internes

  • Communiquer de façon courtoise et efficace par téléphone et par courriel

Qualifications :

  • Expérience dans un environnement de service à la clientèle, administratif ou immobilier

  • Doit être bilingue en anglais et en français, puisque le poste exige de communiquer avec les résidents dans les deux langues

  • Solides compétences en service à la clientèle

  • Proactif(ve) et autonome

  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et rapide

  • Esprit d’équipe

  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office

  • Expérience avec le logiciel Yardi, un atout

Job Title: Leasing & Site Administrator
Location: Laval, QC
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: $25-27/hr
Position Type: Temporary contract (4-8 weeks)

Responsibilities:
Administration

  • Manage application processing and lease administration using online systems and Yardi

  • Maintain resident records in compliance with privacy regulations

  • Handle resident relations, including complaints and emergencies

  • Coordinate resident changes, deposits, move?ins, move?outs, sublets, assignments, and terminations

  • Prepare move?in packages, conduct inspections, and manage parking and locker assignments

  • Issue rental reminders and follow up on payments

  • Provide general administrative support and maintain an organized office

Leasing & Customer Service

  • Respond to walk?ins, calls, and inquiries; schedule and conduct property viewings

  • Promote the property and qualify prospective residents

  • Manage suite inventory and ensure units are show?ready

  • Welcome and orient new residents

  • Report any building or property issues as needed

  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents and internal teams

  • Communicate courteously and promptly via phone and email

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service, administrative, or real estate environment

  • Must be bilingual in English and French, as the role requires communicating with residents in both languages

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Proactive and self?motivated

  • Ability to thrive in a fast?paced environment

  • Team?oriented mindset

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

  • Prior experience with Yardi software is considered an asset
