Kelly Now Hiring-Production/Machine Operators-3rd. Shift

Seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our dynamic production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in manufacturing. The ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production process by operating machinery and equipment as directed.

  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards.

  • Load and unload materials and products from production lines.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing tasks.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

  • Other duties as assigned to support the production team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing setting.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Basic math and measurement skills.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
