Kelly Services is seeking a qualified 1st shift Remote Recruiting Coordinator to work with Pratt and Whitney in East Hartford, CT.  Must live within the Eastern Time zone to qualify.  6 years of experience in Recruiting with HR Certification or Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

  • $35.00 per hour 

  • Weekly Pay!

 

Shift:

  • 1st shift – Monday thru Friday - 8am – 4:30pm

Job Description:

  • The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for processing system related actions throughout the Recruiting process. As candidates are reviewed, Recruiting Coordinators will schedule interviews virtually or onsite. Once a candidate is selected, the Recruiting Coordinator will create and send the Offer Letter. This role demands a highly skilled individual and exceptional organizational skills who demonstrates outstanding attention to detail, follow though, and a sense of urgency.

What You Will Do

  • Schedule and coordinate onsite & virtual interviews for candidates

  • Create and process candidate offer letters

  • Provide complete, accurate, timely and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position to ensure world-class candidate experience

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pratt & Whitney, your assigned business unit(s) and the aerospace industry

  • Drive the recruitment process by setting clear expectations and delivering on commitments with a sense of urgency to the business as well as internal and external candidates

  • Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and guidelines in our real-time applicant tracking system

  • Work closely with leadership to understand talent strategies and recruiting related recruiting needs and implications

  • Partner with Recruiters and Recruiting Managers to effectively carry out responsibilities

  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or in lieu of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Teams, Excel, and Outlook

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks

  • Familiarity with Workday as an Applicant Tracking System

**  Requires registering with Kelly Services and passing a drug test, background check and education level verification.
