Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our Washington State Team. 

Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Temporary to Hire
– Location: Washington State
– Pay Rate: $22 per hour
– Shift: Day shift, 8:00 am
– Dress Code: Closed-toed shoes, casual dress (steel-toed shoes recommended)
– Allergens: Candidates will be asked about any allergies to seafood, shellfish, wheat, or soy
– Alcohol Products: Candidates unable to work around alcohol can potentially be assigned to a different area

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Prepare shred carts for production needs, including weighing carts and recording cart numbers and weight information
– Create cart tags for seafood bite batches
– Wash carts and prepare them for the next usage
– Operate and run production equipment, acquiring proficiency through ongoing training
– Strip product/ingredients as required
– Ensure effective clean-up and sanitation of equipment, following Standard Operating Procedures
– Train and assist team members
– Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and collaborate effectively with others
– Maintain flexibility in work schedules to meet production needs
– Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications & Skills:
– Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred
– Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
– Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent teamwork and communication skills
– Basic computer skills for recording and documenting information
