Supply Chain Project Lead
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Supply Chain Project Lead for one of our top clients in Raynham, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership to orchestrate the supply chain through tactical project execution on large global supply chain projects including new product market releases and supplier network transfers.
- Leads cross functional teams, including internal and external supplier team members, through critical workstreams including sourcing, demand/supply planning, qualification and deployment.
- Lead meetings, track actions, mitigate risks, and manage project timeline, to drive aligned execution through sourcing and launches to achieve overall business objectives for the program
- Drive adherence to supply chain readiness processes ensuring strong functional accountability
- Communicate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization
- Manage project task progress through system setups and change management processes PLM, ERP readiness.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor s degree is required with a focus in engineering, science, or business preferred.
- Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification preferred
- A minimum of six 6 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering or quality function is required, preferred within a regulated environment
- Experience leading projects is required
- Experience leading cross-functional teams is required
- Experience with S OP / IBP is preferred
- Change management in regulated operational environments is preferred ERP PLM systems
- Proven ability to successfully lead large complex programs is required
- Strong communication and management influence skills are required
- Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is preferred
- This position may require up to 20 Domestic and International travel.
