Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.11 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot formulation and filling equipment.
  

• Mix and prepare sterile solutions; weigh and verify ingredients.
  

• Perform cleaning, sterilization, autoclaving, and CIP/SIP processes.
  

• Safeguard aseptic conditions: perform filter and system integrity testing.
  

• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately and on time.
  

• Ensure all manufacturing and process steps meet GMP compliance.
  

• Audit records, maintain inventory, and request materials as needed.
  

• Support quality efforts through housekeeping, equipment calibration, and SOP updates.

Schedule & Compensation:

• 12-hour shifts (5:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. | 5:30 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.)
  

• Weekend and night shifts required; average overtime ~10 hrs/week, max 40 hrs

About You:

• Experience in parenteral or aseptic manufacturing preferred
  

• Strong understanding of GMP & documentation in regulated settings
  

• Computer-literate; able to work with digital manufacturing systems
  

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and meticulous attention to detail
  

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
