Logistics Coordinator

Department: VM Department (Logistics & Coordination Side)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join the VM Department. This role involves a balanced blend of warehouse duties and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and receiving, including occasional lifting

  • Sending and responding to emails in a timely manner

  • Daily use of web-based portals for tracking and reporting

  • Operating manual hand jack equipment

  • Split of duties: approximately 50% warehouse, 50% computer-based tasks

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong computer proficiency

  • Experience with Excel preferred

  • Ability to effectively multitask between physical and clerical assignments
