Salary- $23-$25/hour
Shift- Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm PST – Pacific Standard Time
You must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position. Please only apply if you can demonstrate experience in the following:
Have at least 1 year of current Resource Assignment Analysis experience
Have at least 1 year experience of scheduling reporters and transcribers for legal proceedings.
Are available to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.
This is a remote position. You will only be considered if you meet the above criteria.
What’s a typical day as a Resource Assignment Analyst? You’ll be:
• Reviewing, editing, and maintaining the job calendar daily to ensure accuracy and coverage.
• Coordinating and assigning interpreters based on client needs, availability, and requirements.
• Partnering with internal teams to understand service requests and align on priorities.
• Communicating with clients and external resources via phone and email in a professional, timely manner.
• Monitoring incoming requests and responding quickly to last-minute changes or cancellations.
• Collaborating with the Scheduling Team to ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Supporting special projects and additional tasks as needed.

• Have current or prior experience as a Resource Assignment Analyst (RAA) (required).
• Possess strong administrative and customer service experience.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of organization with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
