Supply Chain Analyst / Purchasing Coordinator (Will Train)

Raynham, MA | 100% Onsite

Are you highly organized, analytical, and skilled with Excel?

Our client is looking for a motivated professional to join their growing team in a role that combines purchasing, inventory management, production planning, and supply chain coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, or Planning.

No purchasing experience is required. The company is willing to train candidates who have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze inventory levels and material requirements

  • Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and planning tools

  • Track purchase orders and supplier deliveries

  • Work closely with vendors, production, and operations teams

  • Help ensure materials are available to support manufacturing schedules

  • Monitor inventory trends and identify potential shortages

  • Support purchasing and supply chain initiatives

  • Assist with process improvements and operational reporting

  • Maintain accurate ERP and inventory data

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in:

    • Administrative Support

    • Customer Service

    • Operations

    • Inventory Control

    • Data Analysis

    • Supply Chain

    • Production Planning

    • Purchasing Support


  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • ERP experience is a plus but not required
