Kelly Services is working with a leading equipment company in Canton, MA who is looking for a HR Coordinator.
- Shift: 8-5pom
- Pay: $25
Responsibilities:
· Post job advertisements, screen candidates, conduct phone screenings, check references, run background checks and guide candidates through the interview and hiring process.
· Coordinate interviews, meeting locations, travel arrangements, and other logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
· Conduct onboarding for new hires to educate employees on HR policies and procedures and facilitate new hire integration.
· Provide ongoing support to employees by answering questions and addressing concerns.
· Assist with benefit plan administration including annual open enrollment and new hire enrollment.
· Support HR policies, ensuring compliance with federal/state laws, and handling employee inquiries.
· Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a work environment aligned with company culture and values.
· Prepare and maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and records.
· Process transactions such as salary changes, promotions and transfers in ADP Workforce Now.
· Maintain employee personnel files in ADP Workforce Now.
· Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the performance review process.
· Maintain and update training materials & provides training reports as required
· Assist with the update and communication of Employee handbook & policies
· Assist in coordinating company meetings and special events
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of two years of related experience in human resources.
