What’s a typical day as Inventory Worker? You’ll be:
- Maintaining seasonal sample orders for ECOM product apparel, footwear, and accessories, as well as global brand samples to support go-to-market strategies.
- Managing ongoing product inventory and coordinating shipping with external ECOM studios in multiple global locations using Excel Tracker.
- Reviewing Excel Tracker daily to monitor and chase missing or late samples.
- Receiving, tracking, and unboxing samples for all sample lines.
- Tracking all incoming and outgoing products, organizing sample rooms, separating key marketing looks, and locating missing or outstanding samples.
- Receiving returned samples from shoots and tracking their return into inventory.
- Supporting teams by coordinating the removal of prior season samples.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience in inventory management, product tracking, or administrative support (must have).
- Are proficient in Excel and comfortable managing detailed trackers (must have).
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities (must have).
- Have strong communication and coordination skills (preferred).
- Thrive in team-oriented, fast-paced environments (preferred).
