Job Description:
The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for safely operating equipment and performing tasks in various stages of production. This role ensures that manufacturing processes are executed according to company and regulatory standards. Pay rate starts at $15.11 per hour in Manati, PR:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery efficiently and safely.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and quality.

  • Monitor and adjust processes to optimize product output.

  • Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.

  • Document production data and report any issues or deviations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

  • Ability to follow procedures and meet quality standards.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
