Machine Operator – Cutter Machine (1st & Mid Shift)

Location: Rochester, NY (Gates area – limited bus access)

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday

  • Mid Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday–Friday

Mandatory Overtime:
Sunday overtime required during peak production periods

Pay:

  • 1st Shift: $17.00/hr

  • Mid Shift: $17.50/hr

Paid Weekly

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor cutter machines in a manufacturing environment

  • Load materials and ensure products are cut according to specifications

  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy

  • Follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures

  • Keep production flowing efficiently to meet daily goals

  • Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report issues to supervisors

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work mandatory overtime during peak season

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Reliable transportation required (limited bus access)
