Machine Operator – Cutter Machine (1st & Mid Shift)
Location: Rochester, NY (Gates area – limited bus access)
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday
- Mid Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Mandatory Overtime:
Sunday overtime required during peak production periods
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $17.00/hr
- Mid Shift: $17.50/hr
Paid Weekly

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor cutter machines in a manufacturing environment
- Load materials and ensure products are cut according to specifications
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures
- Keep production flowing efficiently to meet daily goals
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work mandatory overtime during peak season
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation required (limited bus access)
