Kelly® is seeking a Administrative Assistant I for a top client in Houston, Texas. This hybrid role (50/50 on-site & remote) offers $45.00/hour for a one-year, full-time assignment, with the possibility of extension.

What you’ll do:
- Track and confirm material orders, manpower, and work progress to stay on schedule
- Lead meetings with suppliers, prepare and deliver weekly project reports
- Conduct site visits, ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Review and anticipate production capacity, equipment deliveries, and labor needs
- Collaborate with QA teams to mitigate risks and propose process improvements
What you bring:
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or equivalent technical experience
- Experience in metal building installation and QA/inspection for prefabricated structures
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency with QC/QA tools and scheduling software (such as Primavera P6)
- Detail-oriented, proactive approach with a passion for problem-solving
