We’re seeking a Production Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Houston, TX 77029. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay: $21.91/hr.
Duration: 120 days – CONTRACT-TO-HIRE
Shift: 12-hour shifts (rotating days and nights) 48 hours one week and 36 the other week. 7am -7pm then switch after 2 weeks 7pm – 7am

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:
- Working with a crew to safely produce high-quality products on two production lines in a fast-paced environment.
- Taking personal ownership of safety, adhering to all safety requirements, and promptly reporting any safety concerns or incidents.
- Participating in plant safety, quality, autonomous maintenance, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and housekeeping programs.
- Performing environmental compliance by reducing environmental impact and following recycling procedures for waste disposal.
- Completing cleanup duties at workstations and keeping equipment and vehicles clean and operational.
- Conducting quality checks, maintaining control panels, and making adjustments to machine settings as needed.
- Communicating quality control information, reporting equipment issues, and updating layout boards.

- Are able to complete basic maintenance tasks and understand the importance of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
