Painter / Chemical Processor

Location: South Windsor
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hr DOE
Job Type: Full-Time
Overtime: Available
Start: Immediate Opening

A leading aerospace and precision manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Painter / Chemical Processor to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow in a stable manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare metal and composite parts for processing and coating

  • Perform anodizing, passivation, etching, and related chemical processing

  • Apply industrial paints, primers, and specialty coatings

  • Operate chemical baths, spray equipment, ovens, and curing systems

  • Inspect finished parts for quality and maintain accurate documentation

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Experience in painting, plating, anodizing, powder coating, or industrial finishing preferred

  • Aerospace or manufacturing experience is a plus

  • Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed specifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
