Job details

Kelly is hiring a Precision Assembler on behalf of a global leader in industrial manufacturing known for producing high-quality pelletizing, filtration, and pumping systems used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and petrochemical industries.

Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical equipment and subassemblies

  • Use woodworking tools, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively

  • Measure components using micrometers and gauges

  • Position and move parts through lifting, bending, kneeling, and overhead work

  • Document labor hours, production data, and quality information

  • Operate overhead cranes using slings, straps, and lifting devices

  • Support overtime and weekend work when needed
Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Forklift operation required after on-site training

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

  • Ability to work overhead and in physically demanding positions. 
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to use hand and power tools

  • Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
Preferred Qualifications

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Woodworking or wood assembly experience

  • Experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly Forklift experience

  • Knowledge of basic mechanical systems and assembly processes
