Pay Rate: $20 – $24 per hour, based on experience.
Shift available: 8am – 430pm; Mon – Fri; OT as needed

What’s a typical day as Lab Technician? You’ll be:
– Performing batch ticket specification testing per established methods and procedures, ensuring product quality.
– Preparing and testing Certificates of Analysis for product batches and raw materials, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
– Operating, calibrating, and maintaining analytical lab equipment while analyzing and interpreting collected data to support new product development.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have 2-3 years of experience in a laboratory or quality environment.
– Possess 1-2 years of color matching or color software experience, with a strong background in flexo/gravure printing inks.
– Are detail-oriented with strong technical documentation skills and have a 90% Munsell Color Test score for color recognition.
