Service Tech I: $24–$25/hr
-
Service Tech II: $28–$29/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hrs/week (up to 12?hr days) Location: Marysville, WA
About the Role
Join our team as a Service Technician supporting mobile and modular office units. You’ll perform repairs, maintenance, and customer?site service with a mix of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general labor tasks.
What You’ll Do
-
Perform 3?year maintenance and service calls at customer sites
-
Complete general repairs including carpentry and interior fixes
-
Install/remove countertops, plan tables, and partitions
-
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform basic plumbing
-
Install security hardware (deadbolts, latch guards, security bars)
-
Clean interior/exterior of units
-
Maintain yard/work areas
-
Load units with foundation materials and entry systems
What You Bring
-
Experience in carpentry or field service preferred
-
Strong customer service and teamwork skills
-
Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems
-
Comfortable using power tools
-
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Forklift certification preferred
Physical Requirements

Climb ladders and access equipment
-
Lift 50 lbs; carry 25 lbs up to 250 ft

Work on concrete/uneven surfaces

Work outdoors in all weather

Operate handheld power tools
-
Wear required PPE
